THE FOUNDER’S STORY
A Foundation of Expertise
Pavel Krukouski’s journey began with a deep respect for water and mechanics. The son of an inventor and hydrologist, Pavel grew up studying the complex principles of hydraulics and pump systems. After earning his engineering degree, he realized his true calling: applying technical precision to solve real-world problems for people and businesses.
A Season of Faith and Family
While studying in England, Pavel met his wife, Nataliia. Their journey was soon met with a profound challenge: when their first child was only five months old, Nataliia fell seriously ill. Without hesitation, Pavel left a promising role at a major firm to care for his family. This period of trial became a foundation of deep prayer and reflection, shaping his business philosophy: that people and their well-being always come before profit.
Success Through Faith and Hard Work
After Nataliia’s recovery, leaning on God’s support and his own technical expertise, Pavel founded his first water treatment company. Despite intense competition, the business became a regional leader within two years and eventually one of the most respected firms in Ukraine. Pavel has always maintained that this success was a result of God’s blessing on honest work and principled decisions.
From Europe to Utah Life eventually led Pavel’s family to France, where they built a successful family YouTube channel with over 2.5 million subscribers. Yet, his heart always remained with water engineering, and the family eventually returned to their home in Ukraine.
In 2022, following the outbreak of war, Pavel and his family moved to Utah with the generous support of friends here in Blanding. After gaining valuable American experience at
Jones & DeMille Engineering, he established Elite Water Tech. Today, as a Licensed S410 Contractor, he views every opportunity in the United States as a gift from above.

Pavel is a dedicated father of five and a devoted husband. For him, business is first and foremost about honesty before God and responsibility toward his neighbor. He deeply values the community and friendships that have blessed his family here in the Four Corners region, and he strives to perform his work with the highest level of professionalism and a clear conscience.
Living the Values
Beyond his engineering work, Pavel’s life is guided by a commitment to discipline and natural wellness. An avid runner, he starts every morning with a run, and ends each day with a peaceful walk alongside his wife, Nataliia. Pavel is also a passionate beekeeper, tending to his own hives and producing pure, "zero-heat" honey.
Believing that the body is a gift to be cherished, he has lived without sugar or processed meats for years. For Pavel, clean water isn’t just a business—it is the essential foundation of health. This holistic approach to life is why he treats every water system he installs as a vital component of a family’s well-being.
